Rollins Narrow Fabric is a leading woven label and trim manufacturer in the United States. We are located in Southern California and began our business since 1999. Our techniques, pattern design ability and raw supplies are deriving from our affiliated mill overseas, which has over 20 years experience in the Textile Apparel Industry.

We have capabilities to provide various woven labels and trims in different weaving structure to ensure our products fitting in your unique needs. If you are looking for high quality fabric labels and trims, we can cater you with: Loop fold, Miltre Fold, Top & Bottom fold finishing on high quality Taffeta, Satin, Reverse Satin, Full Damask, Half Damask and Twill weaves: Up to 8 different colors on a woven label.

In our Mill we have 17 weaving machines which include, 2 white satin weaving looms, 1 black satin weaving loom, (5) white thread machines and (6) black thread machines, operating 24 hours, 5 days a week. In our Cutting Department there are 20 latest cutting/ finishing machines that can produce various folding and cutting options. Every machine is equipped with magic eye feature, which can cut the special label without cutting mark, especially for those who do not want a cutting mark on the label.

Every order is fully inspected to ensure the best quality by our Quality Control Department. We also have starching machines for hard touch and clean finish. For more quality demand, there are watering machines, which may prevent bleeding on your labels. We stock large variety of color threads, these fulfilling almost all Pantone colors. We welcome requests for samples: simply email us with your label / artwork in common image file format (jpeg. bmp) etc., or You can talk to our Dedicated Customer Service Sales Representatives from 8 am- 5pm, Monday – Friday Pacific Time. We offer free price quotes, it take 2-3 days for sampling. Most Production orders can be finished within a week, depending on quantity and complexity.
